Links and Resources for Parents Annual Auction ~ WEAGT's primary fundraising event

Once per year, usually the last Saturday night of February, WEAGT holds an auction event that brings together parents and other supporters of the gifted program. Below are various links for more information about this annual event that helps so many children. Donations for the auction are received at the Washington School. Parents and other interested people solicit businesses and individuals for donations that are in turn auctioned that evening. Proceeds benefit the educational needs of children in the Zenith program, and those in the W-E school district. We are in need of new or gently used baskets for the auction.
We are in need of people to help make follow up phone calls and
visits to businesses who were sent solicitation letters but have not
responded yet. Contact

Invitations will be mailed out the middle of this month
(January). We need to strongly encourage Zenith families to attend and
to also invite relatives and friends to attend.
We are anxious to check the response to the student
letters that were sent out.
