Welcome to the Willoughby-Eastlake Association for the Gifted and Talented (WEAGT pronounced we-gat).

WEAGT is a parent group which serves the gifted population in the W-E schools primarily through the Zenith Program which offers both a full-time and pull-out enrichment program for the gifted and talented children of the Willoughby-Eastlake School District at a magnet school, the Washington Elementary School in Eastlake, Ohio and continues into sixth grade at Willoughby Middle.

The Association was started in 1978 by parents to coordinate activities of parents, teachers, and other community forces in developing and disseminating practical suggestions for the guidance of, as well as, for more adequate programs for the gifted and talented.

Field trips are an important part of education, and one of the many things WEAGT provides Zenith students.
