  Zenith Class Directories (optional) 

WEAGT is pleased to offer you the opportunity to participate in our 2007-2008 Zenith class directories.  Once the information is compiled, each family who participates will receive a directory of Zenith students in your child’s grade.  This may be used for homework questions, organizing play dates, party invitations, etc.   

You will only be included if you check the box indicating that you would like to be included and sign the form.  It is only necessary to fill out one form per family.  Participation in the directory is voluntary, and your child will not be listed unless we receive your signed form.  

q   YES, please include my child in the Zenith Class directory.  WEAGT asks that these lists are used only for social and school-related purposes, and discourages distribution or use of class directories for solicitations or unwanted notices.
